My name is Frank and I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher and Craniosacral Therapist.

Craniosacral Therapy uses a light touch to help release physical tension and emotional holding stored in the body.

I work with a wide range of people varying in age and background. Some people simply feel ungrounded, out-of-balance or just stressed out. Others are facing strong emotions, relationship conflict and personal difficulty. A few people have lingering aches and pain, properly treated by health professionals and yet are still hanging around. Others use the time for guided personal development and spiritual enquiry.
