Craniosacral Therapy is different for different people, and may differ from session to session depending upon what is being worked on and what has been addressed in previous sessions.

However, some commonly reported experiences include:

  • Greater range of physical movement and flexibility
  • Feeling temperature changes, tingling and physical releases
  • Release of stored tension and pain
  • Softening and relaxing of the connective tissue & fascia
  • Remembering and processing memories or other significantly emotional content
  • Emotionally as feeling lighter, having different reactions to the same events
  • A better ability to cope with the stress of everyday life
  • Re-experiencing and letting go of past injuries, trauma & hurts
  • And an overall sense of peace and belonging

These are all an important part of the therapeutic process of releasing previously held patterns and restrictions.
