Welcome

My name is Frank and I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher and a student at The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, London.

This gentle form of soft-tissue work is very effective in the treatment of stubborn, edge-case, chronic and hard to diagnose problems. Including any sort of pain, tension, restriction, stress, discomfort, trauma, and tissue memory.

Treatment is primarily concerned with enhancing your fundamental health and vitality, thereby resolving deep underlying causes of ill health. This is done whilst you are lying down, relaxed and comfortable.

Why It Works

A large number of people who I see for Cranio-Sacral Therapy are those who have had the recommended treatment by a primary healthcare provider, and yet there remains some lingering discomfort or unease.

Often it's as simple as feeling not quite "right" or fully present in life.

Traditional health workers such as GPs, physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths are not usually trained in subtle soft-tissue/myofasical work.

Quite often the original problem/injury/trauma can be properly treated by these people, yet the body retains tissue memories and other compensations. These will continue to adversely affect everyday, normal life through pain and discomfort until they have been fully addressed.

I very much look forward to working with you.
